Watch, listen and learn from the late Kirk Lapierre, who Rutherford, NJ on how Nuisance Wildlife Control Operators (NWCO’s) can help other NWCO’s. This was a grass roots effort that was very important to Kirk Lapierre. It pains me to see no organization or even a few vendors join me in getting this 501c started.
Those interested please contact me . Even if your just thinking about doing this please email me at robb@wildlifepro.net. It is my intent to get a Kirk Memorial Assistance Fund to do the things Kirk spoke of in this video cast that , I, Robb Russell did with Kirk Lapierre and get to become a 501(c)(3) Organization.
Section 501(c)(3) Organizations
(Colloquially, a 501(c) organization or simply “a 501(c)” is an American tax-exempt, nonprofit corporation or association. Section 501(c) of the United States Internal Revenue Code (26 U.S.C. § 501(c)), provides that 28 types of nonprofit organizations are exempt from some federal income taxes. Sections 503 through 505 set out the requirements for attaining such exemptions. Many states refer to Section 501(c) for definitions of organizations exempt from state taxation as well.

Kirk was right we do need some sort of Assistance Fund in the industry. I have actually done two online auctions to help those in need first Nick Pallo, who got several bird shots in his eyes in Dec 2008 during a night time Predator Hunt and then when Kirk’s own timely demise came suddenly to the Lapierre family in May 2010.
It would be nice to see such a program be out there for the NWCO’s of North America- United States and Canada.
